A real conversion — click or hover a row to see the match. Headings and the page footer are filtered out automatically; debit, credit and balance columns are detected. Nothing is uploaded.

LINGYANG Convert picks the right engine for your file. Either way, your statement is never uploaded.
Two free tools — both run entirely in your browser, so your files are never uploaded.
Other converters make you upload sensitive statements to their servers. LINGYANG doesn't — your statements are converted on your own device and never reach our servers.
Your PDF is read on your device with in-browser code. Open your network tab — you'll see your statement never leaves your device. Perfect for bookkeepers handling client data.
We read the real text in your PDF (not blurry OCR guesses), then show you an editable table so you can fix anything before exporting. No "5" turning into "S".
Stop retyping transactions or fighting copy-paste. Drop the PDF, check the rows, download a clean spreadsheet ready for Excel, QuickBooks or Xero import.
Three steps. Everything happens on your device.
Drag in a statement PDF — or an Excel/CSV export — downloaded from your bank.
We detect the dates, descriptions and amounts. Edit, remove or add any row.
Download a clean Excel, CSV, PDF or other file — ready to use.
Convert client statements without violating confidentiality or uploading to a third party.
Turn monthly statements into spreadsheets for budgeting, taxes and reconciliation.
Get your own data into Excel without handing your bank history to a random website.
Try it free. Pay once, keep it forever. No subscription, no upsells.
Free version converts up to 10 transactions per file so you can confirm it works first.
Correct. LINGYANG is a static web app; the conversion code runs in your browser using your computer's resources. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still works. The only times it touches the network are optional, privacy-friendly analytics (which never include your file or its contents) and, if you buy Pro, a one-time license check that sends just your key.
Text-based PDF statements — the kind you download directly from your bank's online portal. Scanned/photographed statements (images) aren't supported yet because they contain no selectable text.
It's bank-agnostic. Instead of hard-coding each bank, LINGYANG reads the table layout in your PDF and lets you confirm the result. Most checking, savings and credit-card statements work; you fix any stray rows before exporting.
Yes. Export to CSV or Excel and import using your accounting tool's standard CSV import. Date, Description, Amount and Balance columns are included.
If LINGYANG didn't work for your statements, email us within 14 days for a full refund.
There's nothing to cancel (it's a one-time purchase) and no account to delete — we never collect your files or personal data. Your license key lives only in your browser; remove it any time from the converter page.
