By using LINGYANG Convert (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What LINGYANG does
LINGYANG is a browser-based tool that converts statement PDFs, scans/images, Excel files and CSV files into spreadsheet or accounting files on your own device. It is a utility, not a financial, accounting, tax or legal service, and does not provide financial advice.
Local Mode
Statement contents are never transmitted in Local Mode. The website may make separate requests for page delivery, anonymous analytics, payment processing and license validation. These requests never contain statement contents.
License
The free version lets you convert a limited number of transactions per file. A one-time Pro purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the full version on devices you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or your license key.
Acceptable use
- Only convert documents you have the legal right to process.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, abuse or reverse the licensing of the Service.
- Do not use the Service to process data in a way that violates applicable law or a third party's rights.
Accuracy and your responsibility
LINGYANG extracts data automatically and shows it to you for review. Automated extraction and OCR can make mistakes. You are responsible for verifying converted data before relying on it, especially for tax, accounting or financial decisions.
Refunds
If the Service did not work for your statements, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Because the product is delivered as a license key, we ask that you briefly explain what went wrong so we can improve.
Cancellation and data deletion
Pro is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel. We store none of your statement contents. To remove your license key from a device, use the "Remove from this device" option on the converter page. Purchase records, support emails, license validation records, analytics logs and payment records may be personal data; email support@antelope.tools for access or deletion requests.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LINGYANG is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on converted data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the last updated date above and, where appropriate, the Changelog.
